I interned at Heart It Out for 5 months as a social media marketing intern and it has been an extremely fulfilling learning experience for me. It helped me gain a holistic understanding of not only the workings of an organisation, the role of social media, but also gave me space, time and understanding for me to explore and grow in other areas of my life as well. Everyone here, at Heartitout, has been extremely understanding and welcoming, which I greatly appreciate. I also appreciated the work culture and environment which was extremely understanding and nurturing and did not make me feel overwhelmed at any point in time.

Working here was such a wonderful stepping stone to learning and exploring. This organization helped me develop a range of skills and abilities. And the best part of it all was making some lifelong friends throughout this journey:)

I recently finished a three-month internship as a content writer at Heart It Out, I had a great experience there! My manager Brencia was quite kind and encouraging, and the entire work environment was extremely nice,and flexible. I did an internship at Heart It Out and it was honestly a wonderful experience. Not only did I learn about the field of internship but also learnt to work in a team. The team there was very nice and supportive! I believe it because everyone working there has a better understanding of mental health that they created such a safe working environment. Heart is out is definitely one of the best mental health companies in Bangalore. The therapists here are very helpful. They listen to your concerns very patiently and provides realistic solutions to them. Had a very nice experience here. Would definitely recommend it to someone who needs therapy.
