Back on October 23,2024, I had ordered a Slytherin tie from them. It said I would get it in time for Halloween (I didn't.) The same day that I ordered it, my order got cancelled (not by me), but then on November 16,2024 they charged me for it. I thought that meant it was supposed to ship and arrive soon... It's January 3,2025, and it never showed up. I want my money back again and then I'm NEVER buying from them again.
I personaly had doubts about receiving the order because after I placed my order I saw there is no customer support contact number and usually websites that only have email contact forms are shady. I also read a lot of negative reviews about people not getting their orders but I personaly got it and pretty fast. I placed an order for a Personalised Hogwarts Acceptance Letteron 3rd of May and I got it on 15th of May (12 days) which was fast enough for me.
I don't know if people ordered from different websites but the website I used was harrypottershop.co.uk
The quality is good, the package had a sticker mentioning that it should not be bend so the carrier will know how to properly treat it even if it was only a letter.
I usually don't write reviews but I always give credits where I should so I am writing this in case someone else is worried about their order. I can only speak on behalf of the letter regarding the quality. I will definitely order again in the future because my girlfriend is a big fan of Harry Potter.
I ordered somethings for my niece as Christmas presents, she had recieved the same items. I'm trying to fill out a "contact us form" on harrypottershop.com. Why does it say my email is incorrect? How am i supposed to send my items back? There's no number either. This website is horrible.
I placed a order Nov 24,2023 for my son for Christmas. It was 3 items. One item was delivered on Nov 29th, even though the packing slip said all three items were sent. I emailed customer service on Dec 2nd and haven't heard from them. I even used a different email that is on the packing slip if you are missing items. *******@harrypottershop.warnerbros.com. That email came back to me because the domain doesn't exist anymore.
I am disputing my charges with my bank tomorrow and reporting them to the BBB. Do not order from this place.
I honestly got a bit worried when I saw all of these reviews (which was after I had already placed my order), but I actually received my ravenclaw adult robe super quickly, it looks absolutely fantastic and the packaging was flawless. I don't know if they changed management over the years, because most of the bad reviews are from a couple of years ago. But really, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
I made a near $400 purchase of multiple items and then received a completely different order Uber somebody else's name. I realized i can't find a phone number anywhere online or in the invoice so I message them. After receiving a return slip and sending back the wrong item, I get no response for weeks until finally somebody send me a message saying they're finally on their way. One my items arrived I realized that the ties are polyester, but when I placed the order they were advertised as silk. Who even does that? I would've still rated 4 stars if they sent the wrong items and sent the correct ones quickly, 3 for taking a while to reply but still getting the items, but what kind of company changing it up like that just makes me so uneasy to ever recommend to anybody else.
Never sent the gifts we purchased. You'll never find a phone number to reach someone. Don't waste your time with them. Save your efforts and buy elsewhere.
I ordered a Slytherin cape and wand, but was really concerned that it may not arrive on time for my Halloween party on 10/22/2022, especially after reading all these negative reviews. I messaged customer support and they emailed me back within an hour and reassured me it would be on time. I ordered Express shipping and it arrived today. Very happy with my purchase. I want to give a shout out to Sean, the customer support agent who emailed me back so quickly.
At the end of 40 days of waiting my order, they say that ist no possibel to do shippment to Spain and no more explicatio.

This place is stunning and incredible! Felt like Disneyland or something. There is so much merchandise more than you could ever imagine, the staff were nice, and the butter beer is some of the best I've ever had. It feels magical.
Do not shop here … they try to scam me but then my bank found out before me and canceled the transaction. If you want to go to Manhattan and shop there I'd rather you go because the online is a total scam. Don't $#*!ing Shop here.

Placed an order for a blanket for my daughter with a month and a half in advance for Christmas. They did not notify me it was not shipped and shipped back to the warehouse and 4 days before Christmas marked my package as delivered and when I waited on hold for 1 hr 24min they then would not refund my money for Christmas and would not express ship my package for their mess up. Awful customer service. Clearly no one works there with a working brain.
