I always hated gym workouts, but harna fit changed everything. The Asian Pilates and yoga sessions are incredible — calm, beautiful, and very effective. After two months my energy levels are higher, my sleep improved, and my clothes fit so much better. The personalization is top-notch — the app really understands when I have low energy and offers lighter workouts. So grateful!

Micro Workouts keep me honest

The 5–10 minute micro-workouts have become my daily reality check. On days when I have zero motivation, I still manage to squeeze one in between meetings. My energy levels are more stable, but I definitely notice I'm not getting dramatically stronger. Still, better than doing nothing.

I like that the plan doesn't ban everything. You can even have small sweets on some days. Of course I sometimes go over the limit, but the app pretends it didn't notice. We've come to an understanding.

Wall Pilates saved my lazy soul
