I've been doing Chair Yoga for three weeks now while working from home. At first I felt silly sitting and stretching, but my shoulders and neck tension has noticeably decreased. It's not the most intense workout, but it fits perfectly into my busy days. Sometimes I catch myself yawning mid-session, but overall it helps.
I like that the plan doesn't ban everything. You can even have small sweets on some days. Of course I sometimes go over the limit, but the app pretends it didn't notice. We've come to an understanding.

As a complete beginner, HarnaFit helped me start moving regularly. The sessions are short and gentle. But after a month I feel like I've stopped progressing. The app doesn't increase difficulty enough, so I'm a bit stuck.

I thought Pilates was just lying on the floor pretending to exercise. Then I tried Harna's Wall Pilates and… oh wow, my abs actually woke up. It's like yoga but with a wall that judges you less. 20 minutes and I feel like I did something. Miracle.
