I have used many others versions and this can be taken straight right off the spoon, not something incredibly easy to do with other versions. I still chase it with a liquid, I recommend those who are new to this to use juice or something you like that's healthy.
I take a number of good vitamins, proteins, and supplements as well as a broad spectrum of trace minerals and this is the most critical ingredient to get the most out of all I take.
When you understand bitter ingredients, you understand that there is "sweeter" bitternesses, specifically when a product is pure and made at a top grade of quality.
