I have been using just the 10 drops almost daily for several years. I do notice the difference in one of my joints when I take a break from it. I do that just to see if I notice.

My knee hurt so bad every time I had to squat down; garden, etc. After about 10 days of putting 2 droppers in my morning water, I have very little pain. I love this product!
