Guru IPTV

I had a very disappointing experience with Guru IPTV. Their advertisement claims 15,000+ channels and 500,000+ movies, which was the main reason I decided to subscribe. However, after purchasing the subscription, I could only see around 2,000 channels(combination of all language, very limited in south Indian language) and roughly 36,000 movies, which is far below what was promised. Before subscribing, they constantly messaged and pushed me to purchase the subscription. However, once the payment was made, the customer support became extremely poor. When I asked about the missing content, they told me to send a list of movies so they could add them, which is unreasonable given the large numbers advertised. The service does not match what was advertised, and the lack of proper support after payment is very frustrating. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious before subscribing, as the service currently does not deliver what they claim in their advertisements.

Guru IPTV does not work at all. Do not waste money. I think they oversubscribed than their limit. Last one year, I was never able to watch any channel properly. Called them various times but the problem does not seem to be resolved. Overall the channels works now and then. You cannot watch news or sports channel as it won't work most of the time.

The problem is not a general outage affecting all customers, but appears to be selectively targeting specific users, which is concerning and frustrating. The customer support runaround I have contacted GuruIPTV's support team repeatedly over the past week. Every single time, I have been given the same empty promise: "Give us some time, someone will call you within 24 hours." Not a single person has followed up or called me back. This shows a complete disregard for customer issues and a lack of accountability. The tech support black hole The promised "technical support" is non-existent. Despite being "aware of my issue," the company has made no concrete effort to resolve it. There has been no communication, no diagnostics, and no genuine effort to get my service back online. Recommendation I strongly advise anyone considering GuruIPTV to look elsewhere. The unreliability of their service and the utter failure of their customer and tech support to address problems make it clear that this is not a service provider to be trusted. Once they have your money, they will leave you to deal with any issues on your own.

I have this iptv provider for almost 6 months. The worst provider ever. Bad quality and bad customer care service. Never ever buy it. Stay away from them.

GURU IP TV, They do cheat about sports channels, right now t20 cricket World Cup is being played in India but willow cricket and other sports channel disappeared from the menu so I can't watch live cricket.
