I ordered and they contacted me with an order number but. It again. I asked for a refund and I'm still waiting. I think it's a scam
I bought some bird flutes. Then, you refunded me with no communication as to why. So I went somewhere else and found them at half your price.

1 month after ordering, I still do not have my package
I was so excited to get the glass dome I ordered just in time for Christmas, but I'm sad to say the glass knob on top of the dome broke off the minute he lifted it up. So disappointed. He was looking forward to making some fancy cocktails in it using a smoker gun (something he saw on Evening show).
I ordered products and chose expedited shipping. This should be received well before Christmas. I have had no information provided regarding shipping. I've emailed and have been given little to no support. Now I'm sweating whether this gift will arrive on time. I then get some bull$#*! saying that shipping companies are behind. Still no info and no product-sucks!
I placed an order over two weeks ago and my items still haven't arrived.
I paid for express delivery and emailed twice to enquire. I wrote on whatsapp and heard nothing.
Website not as clear as it could be, but overall a good shopping experience. Selection of products was better than found on other websites.
When I said I would prefer that they not combine my 3 orders into one package (because one item was a gift) they would not send me any of the items I ordered and just canceled everything I ordered.
I felt that it was a petty way for a business to act, and I therefore cannot recommend them at all.
I had an exceptionally surprising and disappointing experience which ended up being a big waste of my time.
Opened the package to find that only 3 of the six things that I had ordered were included. And one random object that I hadn't ordered. So disappointing.
Still waiting on the product. Paid $89 for express shipping and 9 days later, its still not here. Very disappointed
Didnt recieve my Full Order! After contacting the support The told me the would check and i never heard of them again! Great stuff, But i paid more and recieved less!
