I purchased powerlevelling from goldceo.com and was told it would take 40 hours and I'd receive an email when complete.
3 days later no email so I contact them. They let me know they can't complete the levelling and just wasted my time and completely lied and took my money.
DON'T EVER PURCHASE FROM THESE LIARS AND THIEVES.
If you play on iro chaos, then its your best option for itens and zenny(gold)
I start get stuffs there at 2014 and im still here. I dont know nothing about the other games but for ragnarok online is great! :] ( But i dont like the value of some itens, i think they need reduce a bit because its to expensive sometimes)
That sums it up they have to be crooked when they block posting on there facebook and you tube pages. I for one would never risk it.

These people are total thieves and scammers... all the positive reviews for their BS site are from them (look at the awful english)... do not trust them... not only will they not fullfill their end of the deal youll most likely get banned... if you dont getbanned they will attempt to steal your account so they can scam other people... shady ******* ways from sunday
Don't buy gold from these scum sellers, if you get caught you can lose your game accounts and all your time and money invested will go to waste, and the chances that you will get scammed are pretty high, if you still do it and get scammed then you have it deserved.
These scammers also have 10+ bots in every map/channel ksing the mobs you need to kill for quests, which makes it a lot longer to finish them and are damn annoying with pms/mails.
Their website is broken, it doesn't support + in an email address, so everything gets broken. Try to talk to support, and when I explain that the website is broken. They say its not broken. Then claim they tried to fix it but its not possible to fix...
This is a standard symbol for email addresses, yet they cannot work out how to fix it?
When i sold them gold, they agreed price but changed it after got my golds, MY GOD they paid less than what we agreed, thief, scammer, shameless

I was actually pretty skeptical at first and wasn't entirely expecting what i paid for to come through. Reading other reviews, a lot of the reviews seemed to say the same thing, so I wasn't sure whether they were fake or not. However, they came through, really quickly too, so it's been a positive experience through and through for me.
I liked the website. I got my ingame gold twice and right after 5 minutes I made the order. I highly recommend them and would purchase their services again.
Ordered some Aion gold. Delivered within a few hours and no real hassle. Got a 5% discount coupon from Facebook and bonus points for future purchase.
Those who say they ask for info, the only thing they asked me was (1) the transaction id from the Paypal transfer, which is perfectly ok to send out, (2) info from the account I registered with (which they already had, so not like this did anything), and (3) how I heard about the site. Nothing really nefarious in that regard.
Also, if you actually believe there's no chance of getting banned, that's your problem. It's a game, and run by a company that can do whatever it pleases. There's never true guarantees with this stuff. But there's plenty of ways to reduce risk (e.g., 2nd and 3rd accounts used to 'purchase' items from primary, and transfer funds around that way).
As with all online purchases and of in-game items with real money, be careful, be safe, and you'll be alright. I'd definitely order from them again.
Users "Got W." and "ian b." are spot on. This site is a scam.
It also has a duplicate called "Thepowerlevel.com" which is run by the same people and on the same host. See my review on that site for the details on how these criminals operate.
In short, there are quite a number of inconsistencies and lies throughout their webpages: 'thousands buying, none get banned', 'we never use bots or cheats', 'our site is different than the other (says Thepowerlevel, when comparing to Goldceo, yet you can see their contact info under "Instant Messenger" is exactly the same for both sites)' and they even ask you to send them documents with your real life information (name, address, etc) if you want to use a private transaction method such as Paypal; it's obvious they intend on getting your information one way or another.
These criminal organizations thrive on harassing people constantly (aggressive in-game advertising by constant spam) and scamming people to buy gold from them (for which you'd need to provide your personal info), then in turn they use this information to steal players' game account(s) and/or credit card(s) so they can further fuel this illegal activity. Utterly disgusting.

I do not why they think goldceo is a scam. I find it odd that they only allow new customers to only purchase up to $100 worth of items or golds and do not permit new customers to buy over 100$, while they have large of stock, when I've enquired). Wouldn't they want to get as much money from you as possible if they were trying to scam people?
