About 2-3 days after ordering two glowbowl fresh, plus three refills, there was a better offer on your website. They were also cheaper than the two I ordered.
My 2 Glowbowls have worked for half a year but now even with new batteries they do not. I loved the product but it did not last for a year. I like this idea so I will try a competitors for now.

GlowBowl assured me on Dec. 2 that my order had been sent and it is now 10am Dec. 28 which they said they delivered at 6pm on Dec. 28! What a scam!
I purchased this product two weeks ago and im very disappointed with how the air freshners dissolved so rapidly and it doesn't give off the fragrance i was expecting meaning(there is none). Do not waste your money on purchasing additional freshners like i did and be disappointed. The glowbowl so far is still operational so far..
I bought one lasted approximately a month and it died I have disappointed 8 year old. I don't know where my receipt is but my mom bought two and her second one died as well. Don't waste your money.
I purchased three of these glow bowl lights for the toilet at my local Walmart. Put the required 3 AAA alkaline batteries in, set it up to colors that we wanted on all three. When the batteries started to run out they came on red. I changed the batteries in two out of three of these units, when I went to reset the color on them BOTH of these lights were stuck in red and green light mode. I got the instructions out and re-read them and tried to reset them again and again but they were still stuck in red or green color.
I called the the company who sells these to Walmart and they wouldn't help you if you didn't have your receipt of purchase (which I didn't).
All wanted was customer service help to see if they could direct me in the right direction of setting these up a different way, so they would work right, but no they would not. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND BUYING THESE AS THEY ONLY SEEM TO LAST THRU THE FIRST SET OF BATTERIES AND THEN DONT WORK RIGHT THERE AFTER. ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING FOR THIS PRODUCT.
WE WILL NEVER BUY THESE FROM THIS COMPANY (GLOWBOWL. TRISTAR PRODUCTS) AGAIN! JUNK!
I had mine for 4 weeks when it quit working. Changed batteries twice & that didn't help! Walmart had one left & it said it was $5.00 cause it was a clearance item. Go figure!
My boys loved the Glowbowl... when it was working. The batteries dad and I tried to replace them with every day alkaline batteries but I notice inside it does not take alkaline batteries. The type of batteries that it requires our carbon zinc batteries. I don't know if maybe that's why some of you are having trouble with your global because you're trying to use alkaline batteries when that is not the type of battery that it takes. I hope maybe this will help some of you guys out because our global is still working and it's awesome as ever and my kids love it!
Had mine for 4 weeks stopped working called company wanted to sell me another. Wouldn't even stand behind their product! Don't throw your money away! I purchased another product of theirs another piece of garbadge! Rip offs!
Was working great for about 4 weeks now only get red light, bought 3 now only 1 works Again Piece of CRAP, sent 3 emails to glow bowl all with no response, again Piece of CRAP
I had this 2 weeks and it just stopped working. I changed the batteries and still won't work. Don't buy this it is a piece of junk.
First one lasted about a month and died ordered a new one and this one right out of the box doesn't work bunch of junk don't waste your money
I have two and once the batteries die I replaced them and they never worked again. What can I do now, is this a one time use.
Bought at least 13 of these from different vendors cuz they are very unique. My friends and family love them. My issue for my 2 is that they stop and u change the battery and still not working. Spent a good $150 plus included shipping and handling. What to do, cuz it seems like a rip off..
I was@ my brothers in caiafornia when I saw my 1st glow bowl & i thought it was the neatest thing, i just had t have one.so he ordered me one & it worked perfect until the batteries died, i replaced the batteries with most expensive copper top batteries in the red, still didn't work, so i bought another one from bed bath & beyond, actually i bought several & gave them as gifts & it's the same problem, after the 1st batteries run down, no matter what batteries you put in, it never works again. What a waste of money, this need to be addressed by the company, i am so disappointed... Jay, Tampa, fla
I was soooo excited to get our GlowBowl, I bought one for each of my grown kids, cause I got such a kick out of it. I brought in neighbors to see my special toilet night light. Really, I was the talk of the retirement park I lived in, several bought one because of me. Then the light went out, changed batteries, faint green light, nothing really, changed 2 or 3 different sets of batteries, so upset. Bought a new one, same thing, after a while, the batteries went dead, we thought, changed batteries, and then it doesn't work. All of mine were bought at Walgreens, Sarasata, Fl. I am totally disappointed, and feel like it was a bad deal. What do you do to correct this matter.
My glowbowl just faded out right in front of my eyes. I put in 3 new batteries and it only lights up green now. Any suggestions? Bad batteries? Reset?
Our first one died fairly fast. I contacted GlowBowl and they said they had a new second generation unit and they would replace ours as soon as it was available. They kept their word and three weeks later we had the new unit. This one has been working fine for several months now. As I said before it is a great idea. The company stands behind the product and replaced the defective unit with no questions asked.
Don't waste your money... bought one 2 months ago and it has already stopped working, replaced 3 different sets of batteries and nothing. Loved it while it worked! It has 60 day warranty, that's about how long it lasts. The website email doesn't work so will be calling the number on their website tomorrow from 9-5. Very dissatisfied!
