Crooks liars and thieves. That's the backbone of this company. Please avoid this company, the will lure you in witeh high trade ins and create an illusion for you and while you wait forever they expect you to finally give in and sell your device at their ridiculously lowballed offer lower than any place in existance. I believe the crack dealer down the street would give you more.
They don't respond to you in a timely manner, they don't do anything in a timely manner, they are rude, and things are going to catch up to them eventually, I don't see how they can morally staad themselves.

I shipped them a Galaxy S22 Ultra in good condition. When they received it they claimed the front camera did not work and that the rear camera lens was missing. Then proceeded to offer me 48 dollars when the initial appraisal was over 300. There was absolutely nothing wrong with that phone except for some minor cosmetic blemishes when I shipped it. Total scam!
