Once i got off my phone and on pc it was much easier.
Worst online. I ordered a camera lense with fast shipping option. According to the dates I should have recieved by Aug 29.Till date they havent shipped the item. Looks like they are selling the items which are not in there stock.

Gadget Circuit sent me a knock-off Canon flash. I can't use it because it doesn't sync up to other flashes. I had to buy 2 new flashes from an authorized Canon dealer. You get what you pay for - if the price is too good to be true, pass on it!
So far so good. I am curious to see if then lens actually makes it for my gig tuesday night.
Good overall experience, despite a browser compatibility issue with Safari.
Outstanding price, and I did compare price heavily. I hope it gets here quick! But can't beat free ship.

Excellent overall experience and prices that cannot be beat! BUT there was no instruction booklet, the customer service agent could not explain that and forwarded me the link to where I could look at the instruction booklet on line and said I should print it out, but its like 100 pages so thats not an option for me. The product looked NEW though..
I was a bit concerned after ordering as I did not get an email confirmation nor tracking info. I had to call customer service once to get a confirmation number, then again to get tracking info. My order arrived in 7 days as promised. The product seems new and is working fine so far. I saved about $100 through gadget circuit, but not sure if the stress and worry was worth it. Please, Gadget Circuit, send order confirmation and tracking info automatically to your customers!
