To be honest I was a little skeptical at first. But I went ahead and bought a Nikon D5300 from circuit gadget. I did not write down my order number because I expected to receive a confirmation email. So I contacted customer service to retrieve that number and they were so compliant and helpful. I went with the free shipping option (5-7 business days) and recieved it in 3! I have only played with the product a little bit, but so far it seems to be a top quality, legitimate product at a bargain price!
To sum up, circuit gadget was very helpful, very fast, and very reliable.
Didn't understand why the manual was taken out of the camera box.

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy gc200 camera in black. Advertised price was $299 50 to 100 bucks cheaper than anywhere else. Great deal, camera came brand spanking new in sealed box. Registered it with Samsung no problems. I would totally buy from here again. Shipping was free and it literally came two days after I ordered it. Tracking number was emailed to me the second it shipped.
I bought this camera for a present. The box came torn and obviously previously "opened" - not factory sealed. I then suspect this might be refurbished. Certainly not looking like a "new" camera for a present. Very disappointed.

I ordered a camera on a Friday afternoon at a great price. Monday morning I received a refund on Paypal with NO EXPLANATION. I went back to the site and saw that they had raised the price of the camera at least $100. They DID NOT honor my purchase price (which was current and on their site at the time of order) nor have they ever sent a word of apology or explanation.
I am very unhappy with this company and will NEVER buy from them.
I am considering turning them in to the Attorney General of Washington State for bait-and-switch selling.
