Quick and painless... never came across a company needing to verify a shipping address before though. On one hand, I appreciate the extra security. On the other hand, I don't appreciate the hassle of having to contact my credit card company just so that the camera can be shipped to my work address (which is more secure) than my home address.
UPDATE: received my camera in a box that was poorly packed. The box was much larger than the camera box and there was a lot of room for the camera to bounce around. I also found it odd that the lens was not included in the camera kit box, even though the packaging indicated that it would be. It makes me question whether this was actually a brand new camera kit. That and the slow "expedited" shipping are among the reasons why I won't recommend or shop GC again.
