Ordering was straight forward and the order was processed within the original timeframe provided at time of order. Delivery by UPS was actually 1 day ahead of schedule. Very satisfied with service and the product.

Good internet service
You saved me from ordering from America Cameras.
However when the package arrived, the contents tumbled around very loosely. My wife was very concerned that it was damaged. Upon opening the box, we discovered 2 deflated packing pillows. There was room for 8 pillows as was contained with a camera case that I had ordered from Amazon. Because there was insufficient packing, we are concerned about damages incurred as it tumbled around on route from your facility. My wife thinks that a new camera (properly packed) should be overnighted to us. We leave for our vacation Saturday evening, April 25th.
Your website kept giving me a server error. It took multiple tried to add items to my cart. Almost gave up & bought elsewhere! Also, when package was delivered it was almost open. One flimsy, crooked piece of tape was closing the box!
I received a notice via email that I will need to 'sign' for delivery which I thought was probably a good idea since this was a relatively costly item. However, the delivery person dropped off the item at my doorstep and did not bother with getting my signature. I was home the entire day and no one knocked at the door. I am pleased to say that I received my order (and no one stole it).

Quick and easy
Very unhappy with the shipping. I paid for 3-4 business days shipping because my wife's birthday was 4 business days after I ordered it. I got a confirmation email stating (AFTER I chose my shipping method) that stated it would take 1-2 days to process the order (with no hint as to whether or not that time was factored into the estimate that I paid for). My order shipped 3 business days after I ordered it and I did not receive it in time for my wife's birthday. When I received the email that the product had shipped 3 business days after I ordered it, I called to complain that the product would not, in fact, arrive for my wife's birthday and I wouldn't have paid for the shipping were that to be the case. I was assured I would be refunded for the shipping and that that would be confirmed in an email to me. 72 hours later, and still no email. Good pricing, terrible shipping policy, terrible response (read: none) by customer service.
