I ordered a lens, paid extra for 4-7 day delivery. 6 days into that delivery window i get an email saying my credit card needed to be reprocessed all over. It says on the site the order will be processed in 1-2 days. My card was run on, not 1-2 days, but on the 6th day. Disgusted I cancelled the order and tried to write a review on their site. It immediately went to a "thanks for your review" without my input. I guess that's how they stack the deck to declare a 4-5 star rating. I ordered from B&H - no problem - shipped the same day.
