I'm improving my rating because Gadget Circuit resolved my issue by giving me a refund for the item sold. Reasons why I'm still not giving a great rating: I thought I was buying a new camera; I got a camera where the list of contents printed on the box did not match the contents in the box (manual and warranty card missing, different USB cable as far as I could tell). Gadget Circuit did resolve the issue, but was at first very hard to reach (different phone hours than posted on their site, no further reply, no offer to send a new camera with all the content which makes me think they may only have these mismatching packages for some reason). Only when I complained at shoppersapproved.com and the Better Business Bureau did I get an offer for a full refund, which went through smoothly. For me personally, the experience was bad enough that I wouldn't recommend or use again.

1. No way to register for the site. There was a login, but no new registration. 2. Doesn't work with older versions of Safari - had to use Chrome.
I found what i wanted unbelievably quickly. Infact, so fast that i didn't get to do much else on the site. I found the site through Google shopping, and i was thrilled you accepted Paypal. The shipping seemed a little longer than other websites, but for the price on the item and having a wide range of shipping choices. I'm going to go back and bump up the ratings actually.
