I did not get email confirmation 3 work days after I placed this order. I did not keep my order number. I thought you would sent me email confirmation right way that 's almost all other company does. I called your customer service. The guy who answered my phone behaved as Robot and repeated numerous times: " Confirmation number! Confirmation number!Confirmation number!Confirmation number!----------" I gave him my information and he does not listen at all. Asked the confirmation number again and again. Very annoying!
Updated review: quick checkout, unbeatable price, and very accommodating customer service. I ordered a camera body and ended up wanting it switched and Angel in customer care was quick to cater to my needs. Had the first order shipped back and a new one shipped very quickly thanks to expedited shipping. Thanks!

Good experience
First order, it was received quicker than I anticipated and the product was just what I needed. The body on my old camera was broken by a kid and it cost me much less to get a refurbished body than have my old one repaired.

I was extremely impressed with the price and product that I received from purchasing an item through gadgetcircuit.com
However, they were extremely slow to ship an item out. I purchased four day shipping and just received my item (three weeks later). Apparently the item was out of stock at the time I purchased. There was no indication of this or communication with me regarding the delay. However, when I called in and requested a refund on my shipping cost, I was upgraded to 2-day shipping. Once the item arrived, I was pleased. But the shipping and waiting process was disappointing.
Thanks for having the product I was looking for at dozens of dollars less than others list it for. The Nikon SB-910 does not come with the SC-29 cord, which also arrived today from another vendor. I'm looking forward to trying it out and am considering getting a couple more of these. If I do, I will first try gadgetcircuit.com.
