I received the camera I bought a day before I expected and it's the product I ordered, new and completely undamaged.
I did, however, have difficulty with payment. My bank, for some reason, flagged my attempted transactions as potentially fraudulent and denied my payments. Even as I was on the phone with my bank's customer service and had verified with them my identity and that there were no problems with my card. Ultimately, I used Paypal, which worked, but I also subsequently received an automated call from Paypal's fraud prevention system verifying my intent to place the order. Perhaps people who steal credit cards often buy cameras?
I do not blame Gadget Circuit's for my bank issues at all. This is an unusual purchase for me, so I think my bank was being overly cautious in this case.
