I am old user of fxvps.pro vps service. Now I can say, they are good enough for continue their continuous good service. I am really happy for the VPS speed. Their support is also good. Price is reasonable to me compare to other VPS provider. I want to continue with them for long time.
I have been using FXVPS for a few months now and I have to say that I am really impressed. The service is incredibly fast and reliable, and the support team is always quick to help if I have any issues. The pricing is also very competitive, which is great.
They pre-install some useful software.
Overall, I would highly recommend FXVPS to anyone looking for a great Forex VPS service.
This company has refused to delete the credit card used to purchase a plan. After the first deduction, it kept taking the money off the card until we blocked. Then invoices were sent against what was agreed on the first place. The customer service is blatantly ignoring our concern. Will not recommend this at any cost
Using the standard VPS for long time, i can say its best of all as my EA working fine there and making good profit.

Here is why you should not choose Fxsvps:
- Very slow vps service
- Charged me double 2 times
- Don't want to refund at creditcard in double charge cases terminated my vps 2 times because of overload
- Charged my account 2 weeks before the period starts
- Don't want to cancel vps service at next due date but want payment for an extra month which is against their cancelling policy.
- Don't want to refund payment for an extra month
- Don't expect any form of refunds especially not to your creditcard.
- Support some times dont answer
This is the worst VPS service I have used. I have at the moment 2 VPS services and they are both incredibly slow. I have now cancelled both VPS services and got a new VPS service at Contabo which is cheaper and really fast.
Fxsvps would not let me cancel my VPS to the next due data (as their policy says) but they have charge me for an extra month, that I can't get refunded.
I have had lots of problem with the VPS. I use it for Forex account, and I have both a Cheap Forex VPS and a Best Forex VPS but they can both only handle 1 or 2 accounts. Fxvps have terminated me 2 times because the CPU was overloaded.
They took my money out even after cancelling the subscription and they refuse to give money out. Very poor communication. AVOID --- AVOID
These guys are playing a dishonest game and selling users personal data. As a result, I lost access to my server! In my account, strange transactions were opened and a virus was installed
When asked about the refund, they answered me negatively - your problems. You installed the virus yourself
Nice performance with value pricing. Please do continue like this, you will have more customer in your business
One of my friends told me about vps and referred me to this site. Most budget friendly VPS I have come across yet.
I have used their vps service for a long time and migrated into their server plan. Their server is incredibly faster than vps but slightly costlier.
I was not satisfied with their service plan, decided to drop it. They partially gave my back my payment. I am considering full payment back, not partial.
I am shouting out here because I think this would be better if they have some sort of one click control panel option or app. So that I can quickly check my vps to know whether it is running or not.
Recently I have upgraded my vps plan to another because of my extra need. I thought I might lose my data on my previous server. Within 20 minute they just migrated my all stuff to another wow.
I am a newbie to vps. I had a lot of problem while using it. Many times, I have contacted them for many issues but now I realized how silly I was. But still they never lost patience with me. Great customer experience indeed.
Haven't face any security breach or data licking. Found it very much reliable for my trade in Forex.
I ordered their basic package for only 3.99$ USD per month and running 2 MT4 for almost 8 months. Very good support and response. Really appreciate their service at this rate!
I purchased a vps from here a little while back. I soon realized the vps package I purchased wasn't the package I paid for it was a cheaper package on the site. I contacted support was super respectful simply asked for a refund or some money back they said no even though it was they're error. The rep disrespected me called me a bad human was swearing at me and told me not to ever come back (like I would)
I have serious issue with FXVPS.pro in 29/06/2019. Initially my VPS went down at weekend for more than 24 hours and I could not log in to manage my EAs. I discovered by luck that my server went down, they did not alert me about this. I opened a ticket and they said that are updating network and in next hours the vps will be active again. The time passed and the markets opened. I stayed 11 hours after opening markets and no EA managing my account from VPS. After 11 hours they request my password to fix the VPS. At this time, I got out from it and contracted another VPS provider. In the page "terms and conditions", they state "99.99% Availability Guarantee". It´s a lie. They don´t guarantee nothing and did not refund the paid value me when broken their Guarantee. So, I was impaired and alert everyone to stay away from them.
Windows Server Evaluation Version
Poor latency, 8x slower then mentioned on website.
No responding on tickets and email
I was looking for cheap rate VPS package. Suddenly I found FxVPS.pro website, i saw 1 GB Ram VPS at 6.9$ only. This is really affordable price for me. I want to continue this VPS for long term as the rate is acceptable. VPS speed and customer support was excellent. Quality is perfect.
