The last few orders I have made have taken longer than expected. Sometimes their sales are great and I fine myself ordering over $25 to get the free shipping. The problem is the free shipping means they sit on your order for three days. I guess that's ok if you are a casual beader but if you are selling time is money and have found that it is taking 10 days to two weeks. This made me lose more than one opportunity for a sale. So their so called free shipping is just a penalty for being a good customer in my book.
I've never had a problem. My order always arrives within a week. It's always correct. It's always packed well. Prices are quite good to excellent, depending on what's on sale when you purchase.
I guess they must be on vacation, because I've made two requests about an order of which 9 out of 10 items were NOT DELIVERED, but my account says they were fulfilled. Definitely have lost my business. And I guess I'm out of that money.
I've ordered from them twice. Both orders were supposed to arrive in 3-7 days, both took almost a month. I don't have time to wait that long for materials. I will not order from them again.

Happy to find FB... they are fab, the quality, the interface site totally friendly, accurate info on products (recently got some beads packages where the color differ as well as the weight of all the package wasn't as described) great selection, and price are good. The nice surprise is a little gift included that make you smile... nice touch FB. Thank you
I have always loved Fusion Beads and recommended them to others. They have a great selection and good prices. In the past their orders have arrived quickly. But not anymore. I placed an order on Dec. 3 and paid for 1-3 day shipping because I needed the beads to finish a commissioned piece. I didn't receive the order until Dec. 10. This made me miss the date I told my buyer I'd have her bracelet done by. I called Fusion asking for my shipping money refunded but they refused saying there was no mail the day for President Bush's funeral and they were within their 3 day window because it was business days not just days. (The order info doesn't say that, it just says 1-3 days). I asked if not refunding the $5.99 shipping charge was worth it to them to lose a customer and they just said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. So I won't order from them again.
I found out after the fact that I paid a lot more than I would have at Fire Mountain. It would have been ok but on top of that it took 8 days to receive my order.
I love this site! They're products are of great quality. I absolutely love that they always put an extra personal touch in every order such as a free gift and a coupon code for the next order. Their customer service is awesome as well!
I really like shopping on fusion beads. The interface of their website is user-friendly. Also, I have never received a late delivery on the four purchases that I've made on their site.
I find that they have a good mix of artist beads and basic beading supplies. I like how they sometimes have clearer product specifications than other companies. However, I find myself turning to other companies because it's hard to find what I need from Fusion beads at times. They also do not state whether the item contains nickel/lead, and only have the product origin on certain items. Apart from that, I find that they have balanced quality and pricing very well.
Fusion beads cares about competitve pricing while making available only quality products (in my experience).
Do note that Fusionbeads is more of a craft website.

Wonderful Site and love the beads I bought here recently
This is probably my favourite site for findings and czech beads. You can choose however many crimp beads or jump rings you want! No longer obligated to buy 20 if you only want to try out 4 or 8! They actually have a decent inspiration projects gallery - with projects you might want to make with listings of the products that goes into the project. They offer free shipping with NO minimum order! And it's legit, I've ordered twice from them... they even give you some freebies your first order :)
