Was very easy to purchase the product. However shipping was not done as well. Ordered the product on the 5-20/26 and was not shipped till 6-2-26. I called 3 times to find out what was going on g on before someone called me back to tell me it was a email address error on there part.
This was the first time I ordered from. Function power sport. Sales department is great, shipping is great, all around great.

I ordered the part i needed off the web site but was shipped something completely different, then I had to go through a 3rd party to get a refund. It was a complete hassle, and will not be using this company again

Upon ordering (what I thought was an in stock item), I get an email saying it would take over a month to ship due to labor demands and other stuff. Then I magically get an email saying my order is shipped. Then it shows up in less than a week. That was at the end of February. Then just today (3/24) I get an email with tracking for my order? I'm happy with my order but the organization of everything is just all over the place

I ordered tires and wheels on Nov4th on Nov21st they still had not shipped my order and couldnt tell me when they would be shipped so I switched to tires that they said they had in stock it is now Dec5th and they still havent shipped anythingI have talked to them many times and they are very vague.Yesterday they told me that the tires were there and my order would be expedited and its 12 oclock and they didnt ship them yesterday and as of right now they still havent shipped no ane answers the phone so you have to leave a message and wait for them to call they have no sense of urgency and are liars this is a terrible company that doesnt understand basic customer service
