Ive been on fubar for 6yrs and counting, and ive noticed, YES there is alot of drama, but only by and towards those who let the internet run and control their lives. Just a tip ppl, REAL LIFE FIRST, the net is an escape... treat it as such and dont use it to be a slut with everybody, have some self respect, and enjoy the place, and fubar can be enjoyable again to you! Ive noticed only those who get caught up on their bs, complain about it... so whats that say?! DJ BOGE! There is a line between reality and the internet, learn it and youll find ur happiness with the web again!

I will be on Fubar 9 years this year. I was sent a link to Fubar during a really bad time in my life. It was the people here male and female who helped regain my sense of self and to be confident in who i am. Sure there is drama but if you watch and listen you know who the drama starters are and you avoid them.

As far as service, quality etc Fubar has no equal online. Their brand of social networking has been tried to be copied and the ones I have seen do not measure up at all. Scrapper is great to me and all the guys who run it. The bouncers are great too.

I have been a member of fubar for almost 4 years now. I love the friends I have made on here. Like any other site you have the drama, the fakes, the frauds etc. I however have had nothing but good things to say about fubar. You don't have to pay to join the site, but you do have to buy your own power ups and bling if you choose to do so that is your choice as an adult to buy what you want if you want. There isn't a rule where it says you must buy bling to stay active on this site. I have had only one issue on here and it was about a HH and the issue was fixed within minutes of me sending Scrapper a message about it. I am NOT an $#*! kisser nor will I kiss anyones $#*! for anything, but I have to admit scrapper is a pretty easy going guy and gets right on problems that one has.No I am not doing this for brownie points for anyone to like me on fubar or for the owners to buy me bling and stuff. I am simply doing it because the ones who are bashing fubar are the ones who violated TOS in one way or another. With that being said happy fuing and come and join this awesome site and see for yourselves what its all about.

OMG these reviews are hilarious! I've been a member of this website since 2008 and these reviews remind me very much of fubar itself. Drama, drama, drama. LOL! I've never had what can be called a bad experience with fu. I've had personal issues with certain members, of course, it's the nature of the beast. The site itself, however, provides the services it advertises. No more, no less. As for those who are complaining about pictures being stolen, saved, reposted by others both on and off the site and fubar not doing anything about it my question is, why should they? If you're a member of fubar, you clicked the little box that says you're 18 or older and therefore, legally, an adult. What you choose to post on the WORLD WIDE WEB is entirely up to you and entirely YOUR responsibility. If you don't want them seen, don't post them online, plain and simple. (As for the reviewer who compared such a suggestion to "telling someone don't do drugs"... in point of fact, "don't do drugs" is a good suggestion and makes perfect sense, it's up to YOU as an adult (technically an adult, anyway) to make the big girl decision to both recognize good advice and accept it when offered.

As for those complaining about fubar requiring you to spend real money on the site, despite it being a bit of a peeve of mine, that's actually false. There are tons of different aspects to fubar, in addition to the leveling game there is fu-mafia, the game room, and also lounges (glorified chat rooms). For certain aspects of certain games you may be required to use credits (cash) to continue playing after a certain level or to give yourself an extra edge in the game, but you're not EVER required to pay to be a member or to use the majority of the site. I have, over my years as a member, spent several thousand dollars on fubar, however that is entirely BY CHOICE. Credits are an option, not a requirement of the site. I have never ONCE had my credit card show up with suspicious purchases nor have I ever lost money due to site glitches.

For those complaining about admins and bouncers... As mentioned before, I've been a member of fubar since 2008 and to be perfectly honest, I'm fairly certain that I've never once had the need to speak to the admins about anything. I suppose if you're one of the many who try like hell to gain favor with the admins in the hope of getting favors from them and then try to use that favor to violate the terms of service which you agreed to and THEN gets all butthurt because you were suspended, blocked or banned for your violations, then I suppose fubar sucks for you. However, you should probably just grow up and accept the fact that you broke the rules and got punished for it AS YOU DESERVED. As for the bouncers, I've occasionally had to pose a question to their 24/7 LIVE support lounge and always got immediate answers. Beyond that, the only interaction I've had with them has been the occasional chit chat when they'd pop into a lounge.

The site itself will run into glitches here and there when they change and update things, but it's generally a fast fix. All in all it's a fun place to hang out and chit chat with people from all across the globe. I've actually met several members of fubar in person, including my real-life best friend. As with any website, you need to show care in meeting people you met online, but I don't feel there is any need for additional warnings for the members of fubar as opposed to any other website. (As for the lady going on and on about a psycho she met, try re-reading your post, you might understand why you attracted a psycho. Pot, meet kettle.)

In short, it's a fun, entertaining website that is as good or as bad as YOU make it. Just remember, it's meant for entertainment ONLY. You-are-not-meant-to-LIVE-there. If you people are taking an entertainment website THIS seriously, you should probably look into finding professional help... or a life... one or the other... or both.

I have read so many negative comments on here it would make anyone's head spin. All of you moaners and groaners should really find something else to do. I have been a dedicated member of Fubar for over 3 years now. I have NEVER had my credit card used somewhere else. I have never been "told" to get on cam by anyone and the Admin show nothing but the utmost respect for it's members. I have never met anyone on that site that would not help me or give me a correct answer on anything. So instead of bashing something because you are upset that you got yourself banned by breaking TOS say something positive. We don't need the hater's there anyway. Lots to do on Fu! Come join our family!

WOW! I am amazed at the things ppl r saying! I have been on the site since 2007...& spent abt 150 dollars... they dont twist ur arm to spend money & if u have a problem admin help! U have bouncers that keep things in check... ITs a F*****G BLAST! Im on there everyday & have met some wonderful ppl... its the best site that I have ever been on... try it before u listen to these ppl... I am a fubar addict! I admit & I do have a life... but I make time for my fu ppl" sure u get flirted with & complimented (who doesn't enjoy that? Vdiana... plss feel free to add me if u join & btw there is no limit to how many friends u can have...& if u run into someone that u r suspicious abt just do a google image search... u r gonna find bad ppl on all sites... but don't let it keep u from missing out on "THE GOOD ONES! :)

I been on here for 3/12 years now. I have to say I love it, I've met some really awesome people and it's fun.

If you notice, the only positive reviews this place gets here are indeed sent from admin's blog and parrot the same tired "how great it is" nonsense. If you think that "only the people commenting here have been banned or caught cheating" you are sadly mistaken.

I know for a fact many of the people actually posting real reviews on here are upstanding members of the Fubar.com community and even Top Members and Legends who want to speak the truth anonymously without having their accounts locked and are still active on the site.

The review about third party chan websites like reddit and anonib destroying fubar users is dead-on.
The review about the lack of safety of the women is also 110% accurate.
The review about the dangerous nature of the males on the site is accurate.
The people that frequent fubar.com are the same pathetic gutter trash that pays for web cam sites.

Accurate as well.

Those reviews about Fubar.com stealing your money are bs.
Those reviews about getting hacked there are also bs.
You literally get what you pay for there, nothing more nothing less.
And even then you still 99% of the time will never know the truth about the person behind that screen.

It's sad when the top 2 spenders that Fubar.com has had in the past few years had to fake their own deaths to get away from the whore mongering, drama, trash and usery.

That and all of the above says all you need to know about the real culture of Fubar.com.

Yea I gave fubar a 5 star rating. Yes, Scrapper gave this link in his blog. I never would have known about this site otherwise. No, Scrapper does not get in ppls sb'es giving links to this page. I have been here almost 5 years now. Jan will make 5. I really like fubar. It is great to help me stay occupied. I am a retired Vet. I get along great with most of the admin and bouncers but I don't kiss anyones A$$. I don't have to. If I have a problem and I ask for help, I get it. I have had a few very minor problems but they all worked out. I know several of the butthurt commenters I saw commenting on here. One in particular had 2 different accounts in the first dozen or less comments. That is how she did on fubar too. I am assuming most of these ppl with negative feedback broke TOS on fubar in some way and are now all pissy cuz they got busted. Just put your big boy or big girl panties on and grow up and move on. Really there are only 2 things I am not so crazy about as far as fubar goes. That is the new users (They are the only ones I have seen spamming but the moment fubar is aware of it, they get rid of the spammers). The other are the ppl that have been busted that use hotspot to get on BNC addys so they can hop on fubar and cause trouble all over again. You ppl really need to get a life for yourself. For the life of me, I can not understand why you want to keep coming back where you definately are not wanted.

I came to fubar on my own accord, I liked it, so I decided to keep coming back. I still like it. I love the mafia side too even with all its' drama.

I just wonder one more thing. One of the ppl I saw commenting negatively about fubar was permanently banned from there well over 2 years ago. Why is she still going on about it? Respect is earned. To get respect, you have to give respect. 'Nuff Said!

I have been on Fubar for 8 years LOVE this site! People cheat and get busted that is why they hate it LOL play the game right and it is a ton of fun! There are some great peeps there.

Fubar is a great way to pass the time. I've met lots of great people and some not so great people (mostly the one star commenters). All I can say is try it out! It may not be for everyone, but there is a lot to do! Level, mafia, flirt, go to lounges! It's definitely worth a try!

Watch those that leave good reviews. Fubar will get word they are being complained about and hit those who have low self esteem and no life to come here and bash the negative. The raise the cost of things to play so they can compensate those that need cyber popularity to feel like they aren't useless. I was shocked to see one positive review from a member that complains all the time that she is always being used and how she can't afford to play the game anymore. Explains why she has moved the rest of those that run tons of bling, to be her favorite people. When you can't pay your bills and suddenly run hundreds of dollars worth of bling something is amiss.

This is a true, prime example of permissible thievery! Easy to steal when you hide behind legal technicalities.

Fubar.com is NSFW in two ways - Not Safe For Women & Not Safe For your Wallet. Over the course of my near-decade on that site I saw so many things that defy logic. Let's start with the review itself.
If you are a woman on there of any age, do not post revealing pictures of yourself or pictures of your family. This is why. After a near-decade of cheap advertising on third rate cam and pornographic sites, the site itself finds it populated by males that are looking for nothing more than cheap, easy picture and video thrills. The premise of "buying credits" gives this mindset a boost as "buying credits" is the same terminology used in other sites that promote cheap sexual picture and video experiences. So when a male joins fubar.com, this is the avenue in which they have discovered the site a vast majority of the time. This also becomes what they expect. Fubar.com admin allows your pictures to be stolen and posted on third-party chan websites without your consent en masse. Their assistance? Send a DMCA letter. We know how well those usually work out when dealing with chan websites. They will tell you that they don't assist with third party websites but they do so when it suits their purpose. For example, many of the posted reviews here have come from an admin blog directing them to come here and say how great Fubar.com is for benefits and favoritism, but won't help people who have been terrorized via anonymous chan website be it their pictures stolen, fubar user names impersonated, or credit card information stolen, etc. Oh no, they don't deal with or use DMCA copyright laws for that. What remains is the vast majority of women on there worth a damn are exploited, terrorized and eventually leave the site. This is happening currently and eliminated hundreds of active "quality" female members earlier this decade. Don't be one of them. Telling them lines of "don't post things on the internet you don't want posted" is about as great advice as "don't do drugs." It's the general sociopathic nature of the male fubar.com invites to their site that creates this dangerous culture for women of all ages. They also will not invoke DMCA on your behalf for others impersonating fubar.com members on anonymous chan message boards which happens with dangerous frequency. Many of the most "relevant" members have left Fubar.com for just this reason as they have discovered it is pointless to fight to protect your reputation with no support. You shouldn't have to spend thousands of dollars to file lawsuits and spend enormous amounts of time to protect your good name and prove your innocence. So fubar.com is NSFW, for both women and men alike.
The site itself is populated mostly by whites. And white trash at that. A quick glance at the joke of a page called "hottest members" will show you the truth about this place. You would be hard pressed to find anyone under the age of 40 years old in this list. And they are not hot. Fubar.com's standards have slipped to the point where they have actually allowed a confirmed and admitted "Catfish" male stay in the top members with no recourse.
The "bling" is very expensive, but if you want attention - buying people things on there will get you some fast, which becomes the addiction this site hopes for. They have over 8 million registered "Accounts," not members. A quick scan of the actual "online veterans and newbies" shows about 5,000 at any given time, with about 50 or so running bling. The reason for the vast disparity is that members in the past and present have made upwards of 10,000 "fake" accounts for various purposes over the years, mostly to stalk other members and cheat. Which is the culture that fubar.com allows, by the class of people they welcome on their site. This is why members on that site have no staying power and 99.9% of the members that join and are active, some for many years, all leave at some point or another as they grow weary of the trash people that frequent that site. Stats: 5,000 active members out of 8 million accounts = 0.*******% of accounts active, 0.00*******% of these active accounts running bling. If there was ever a 1% class, it would be the spending class on Fubar.com. 1% would be a dramatic improvement. Also, fu-mafia is an outdated game concept, overrun with admin reach. Every time they delete a fake "merc" account, they just keep making new ones. And endless cycle of pointless drama.
Also, don't post blogs, statuses, messages or private "shot box" messages about the site or talk about anyone in a truthful or negative way as your posting will probably be removed and your account locked. If you want to play the good soldier, not cause any waves, speak out, max your credit cards out and deal with white trash drama ridden members, Fubar.com will welcome you with open arms. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay away. Fubar.com is rooted in a deep active membership decline this decade. While their profits from an attention-needy white trash member base do increase (due to price increases), the viability of this site as anything remotely related to "social networking" is unsustainable as the members that frequent the site are to sum it up, dangerous in one form or another. Dangerous to your family, dangerous to your good name, dangerous to your sexuality, dangerous to your privacy and dangerous to your wallet. In due time, fubar.com will reside in the gutter, maybe a smidge of a social step above mygirlfund.com, livejasmin.com, freeones.com and sites of that nature. At least the females on those sites are attractive and not 40+ pretending to be "hottest members." Pretty sad decline for a site that once boasted as "An Alternative to MySpace," circa 2006 and "The Best Kept Secret on the Internet." Of course people keep it a secret, because they don't want to be associated with Fubar.com, and quite frankly, neither should you.

Okay, I'm not the most social person in the world, but this website is wonderful, it's as advertised and has a lot of cool features and even has a mobile app, it's well maintained, and the admins do a great job at keeping the bad people out, as much as I don't use these features, I have TRIED them and its easy to connect with people, and the salute system allows for some great safety when communicating with members, and verifies that they are legit people. And the mafia game on the side is very entertaining, and they have really fun sales sometimes, like power hours, or holiday credit sales, and it really makes it a funner expirience. I've ben around the site for a year and Ill tell you that the admins aren't "money hungry", whatever reviews that seem super biased against the admins, are just people who broke TOS and just try to flip the words around to make them seem like the victim, dont break the rules, and follow them accordingly. I've had a couple mishaps myself I'll admit, and have taken a warning or two from admins, but their warnings set me straight, they are nice and will respect you if you respect them.

Ive bin on fubar for almost 8yrs, ive bin able too experience alot, i am not saying i am perfect, but ppl leaving there skype addys &yahoo addys as a profile comment as a newbie... yah you were reported screenshots... you nvr see thhis, only FUBAR BOUNCERS&ADMIN i trust... If i do something wrong... fine i usually pay the price, but i wont whine over a site for $#*!s n giggles! My god this is our entertainment not to go EMO! R/L COMES 1ST

I read some of the comments about that site below and I can only shake my head. First of all, nobody is forced to use any website. If you used or use it, you do it because you want to. My first profile I made in 2006. So much changed since then, some changes I liked from the beginning, some took me a minute to get used to and others I may not like or care for. However, nobody ever forced me to stay, I did because I enjoy this place. I had enough dealings with crybabies on that site. And I'll help anyone, weather level 1 or level 59, weather you spend money or dont spend money,, the only time I refuse to deal with someone is when they are rude and out of control. Sometimes I wonder but most of the time I simply enjoy :) Visit Fubar.com and see for yourself. And for the ones that did and are not happy, dont come back, its that easy.
