I ordered an Acer laptop Aspire V3-772G-9646 online, but it was not new. I was able to see some scratches around the USB port (someone already use it before Fry's send it to me) and the letter "O" was defected. Just with a small touch you can ooooooooooooooooooooo... I also saw a scratch on the screen and black ink on the hardware label. I called Fry's return department to return it, but they said I have to pay for return out of my pocket.
Very disappointed. Never buy products online from Fry's.
