Nice frame and reasonable price!
The frame arrived quickly and was exactly as described. It was well assembled and packaged to protect the contents.
The only option I would have liked to have would be to allow the frame to be shipped unassembled with the V-cuts and clips included so I could assemble it myself. That might saved some shipping costs, which were not horrible but always something to consider when purchasing online.

Great place to buy frames
Highly recommend. I'm an artist and purchase both the standard sizes and custom frames from Frames USA. The frames are very nice and well made - and made in Michigan. Customer service people are great. And their production even for custom frames is fast.

The frames are solidly built, not quite what I expected. I have not yet used them, as they are for an upcoming Plein-Air event. Very happy with them.

The frames were good as described. I must say that using UPS as a delivery company is terrible. Hidden charges...cost me an extra $105.00. If i had a choice i would prefer USPS as an agent...

When I ordered the frame the description stated a clear plastic as one of the options instead of glass. It is a blurry plastic that also had a label stuck to it that the glue can't be removed.
