Not accurate
Picture frame arrive a bit smaller all around then the measurements I gave. I was able to cut down the image to make it fit. Frame looks nice but it should have been the size I requested.
Good frame and good price
Shipping was fast
Every frame in the last order was wrong
This first order that i placed with the new company was very disappointing
Terrible
I had a bulk wholesale order. I was contacted and told what paperwork to send over. I sent it and it was acknowledged. I told them I needed it by a certain date for an upcoming art show. 2 days before the show I reached out to check and the guy I spoke to said it wasn't done and I wasn't going to get them. I asked if he saw the emails I sent and he replied that he saw them in his inbox but didn't bother to read them. Never again
Never seen my refund
I sent it back and I never got a refund.
Quality frames at good price
I have purchased these frames in wholesale quantities for many years and have found them to be decent quality at a good price. I did have a large order that had to be delivered by truck on a pallet that was badly packed and many frames were damaged, but FrameUSA sent replacements. Shipments by FedEx and UPS are usually packed well.
Nice product
The quality is great and the shipping was fast. My only improvement would be having the hanging hardware already attached.

Wonderful
Affordable Picture Frame
Good enough frame. There weren't enough metal holders on the back of one. The product was done simply and is adequate.

Frames fit perfectly
Affordable Picture Frame
First and foremost they are made in America and something that looks expensive is AFFORDABLE. I can not tell you how many places I've looked at that are so overpriced and quality is poor.
Affordable Picture Frame
Exactly what I wanted, delivered quickly and already assembled and hung on the wall. I will return to order more as I need them. Thank you.
Affordable Picture Frame
This is a custom-dimension, U.S.-made picture frame with good build quality and an affordable price. I'll use FrameUSA again if I need any more custom frames.
