This company knows how business is done. I had ordered from them several times in the past. Then somewhere along the way I had an issue with a new pair of safety chaps that was no fault of theirs, it was a factory issue. Someone from customer service was polite and prompt in their response and were able to send me a replacement set of chaps in a few days. I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend Forestry Suppliers for any woodlot related needs.

I typically have to open another website to research the products I am planning to purchase. There is typically a very brief description of the products with minimal information. I know it is not practical to list everything - everyone wants to know. How about a link to the manufacture's website?

Needed tall pin flags. Here was only source I found. Cost of shipping exceeded cost of product. Will reconsider shopping here again.

I have ordered field supplies in the past and monocular for myself. I have never had a problem with ordering or delivery. Delivery is quick, but I'm not so happy paying shipping charges.

The site is easy to navigate with a wide selection of products. I'm far from a professional but needed a particular tool for use planting trees on my property. They had multiple options at various price points with thorough explanations for the applicability of each specific tool, in my case a dibble bar. Shipping was prompt and my item was packaged well with no issues receiving it.

I was having difficulty finding an axe sheath to fit my vintage Collins axe until I found Forestry Suppliers. They had just what I needed and the quality is excellent. I wish I'd signed up for their rewards program on that first order, because I placed another order a few weeks later for another heirloom axe. I've signed up now and the rewards are very helpful, plus members seem to get a discount off the list prices.

I came across Forestry Suppliers when looking for PPE and Poison Ivy products. Incredibly useful for my yard work needs (clearing out invasive weeds). The variety of items available has also been great and appreciated.

Website is easy to use; parts listings are clear. Although at first, I was disappointed to see only 12 items pertaining to repair parts for the Fedco Fire Pump *******, the site offered a parts diagram to one side that I was able access and order the parts from it that weren't offered on the page. That was GREAT!
But, the one o-ring that I needed the most is on back order.
