Great product, fast service! Had entered wrong delivery address and called and it was corrected prior to delivery so didn't lose time in receiving.
This delivery was a mess. If that continues I will find a new supplier for tree marking paint. The order was short 22 cans and multiple cans were leaking. Multiple boxes were missing and the paint cans were repackage is large boxes.

I placed an order for a critical field project and only part of the order was delivered with no indication as to why or where the rest of the order was (a third part was back-ordered, but that was indicated on packing slip). I contacted FS after several days waiting for the package and they inexplicably said it was never shipped (no explanation, no apology). I had to re-order the item and arrange for shipping. It delayed the project by over a week, with unsatisfactory results. Very frustrating.

My experience with Forestry Suppliers was great. After I placed the order and Forestry Suppliers received the amount the shipping was going to be, they called to make sure I still wanted the ladder. Shipping was more than the ladder was. Only complaint, manufacturer was supposed to let me know the shipping date. No date info was ever provided and I just walked out to the driveway and it was leaning up against the garage.
I found the tick nipper I wanted online at forestry supplies for the lowest price. Ordering was easy and my product showed up quickly. Great customer service!

I bought one of these at a the Ill. State Fair about 20 years ago and they finally broke down. I was so glad to find someone who carried them. You are a God send.
I needed file for my Timberline sharpener. The Timberline website doesn't recognize my address. Ordered, shipped on the same day, received a couple of days later.
