I got the shirts much more rapidly this time than last time.
As soon as I took it out of the package I could tell the shoulders were misshapen. I thought it was most likely from how the shirt was hung and that washing and drying it will rectify the situation. I washed and dried the shirt and the shoulders looked exactly the same I am unable to wear it. Very disappointed.
The shirt that came was not the Kelly pinwheel that was ordered, but my sister loves the purple cyclone that was sent.
I ordered 2 shirts. When they processed my order, they only had 1 in stock. So they emailed me and refunded my money. Just disappointed I didn't get the other shirt.
I love my t shirts plus my hoodie! They are beautiful tie dye colors! Every time I wear one of them, I get so many compliments!
I have found that the promise of shipping in one day after you order isn't true. After over 10 days, after ordering, I emailed and asked the status of my order. Tiedyethreads responded quickly, saying: "Due to a huge demand it was taking much longer to create the shirts and ship orders my order wouldn't be able to ship for another "roughly" two weeks." I am patiently waiting to see how close they come to their updated estimate.
I ordered 3 tees on Sunday April 24th, and received them today, Friday the 29th! I was surprised, as I had read in some comments, people had to wait awhile to receive theirs. (maybe out of stock size issues? - not sure, but I had ordered size S). Happy with my purchase -tees slim fitting.
I am very disappointed that I haven't received my items or any information on why it's taking so long.
My first order. Loved my shirts. Plan on ordering more. My husband wants a few also!
I ordered from you on April 10th, it is now April 28th! I have asked for an update on my order and I believe you have not been forth coming! I keep getting the same message which tells me absolutely nothing of what I asked! If you don't have my order then you need to refund me for it!
Taking a long time to receive order that is to be a mother's day gift
I have been charged for the shirts that I ordered over two weeks ago and haven't received them or any information regarding when shipment is expected.
Been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my order to be shipped

Good day to you all. **Update - before purchasing I was skeptical (specifically with brand of shirts that are dyed... couldn't find my answer anywhere, after reading a gazillion reviews. I was ecstatic to see a GILDAN label in the neckline, upon receipt (gildan, in my opinion) is #1, top quality for me. Not a single disappointment - and definitely true to color/design as shown in pictures. Thank you so much - patiently awaiting my next order of 4. Had to get the boy a couple - he would have taken mine, if it had been his size

The only thing I have to rate my experience with Tie-Dye Threads is the fact that I placed my order on March 23,2022 and have NOT received it, yet they were paid on March 23rd. I have reached out to them several times and now they keep telling me they would ship it out in a few days. It's been a few weeks and still no shipping notice. So disappointed. These were suppose to be Easter Gifts. Well, that ship has already sailed. Yet this company claims to ship in ONE Day! Shameful, to say the least.
I placed an order weeks ago and have not received it but keep getting texts and emails asking to rate the product I have not received. I did get a response to my email promptly which is an improvement when I had this problem in the past.
How can you ask me how happy I am with you when I never received my items yet. I never received an email either stating you shipped them or a tracking number of any kind. I am not happy with you at all
I had placed an order and was inquiring about it and was answered back promptly.
Ordering was easy I even received an email about my order. Then nothing. No correspondence, no delivery date and no Tie Dye shirt. I would love to get the shirt, hopefully it would be the right size.
