Sad times, they have clearly taken the money off the final orders of 2025 and ran. I'm currently in the process of reversing the transaction.
Made order before one month i pay and after that website is down and mails returned to the sender.Avoid there is no chance how to get contact with them.They steal money and gone to the vacation.
Fake website both flightams and flightamss they are the same, they will robe your money and they will never send you any order just will keep saying we are backlogged and you need to wait, I waited 5 month and never got back my 300€
They are using a fake reviews website which is reviews.io which is a website that doesn't allow to right an honest review, if you don't believe me try to write a review and you will see that there is no way to do so, as well their telegram page is fake, save your money and find a legit store instead of losing your time and money.

They say they've had courier issues for months, but I no longer trust them. My last order arrived with the wrong items, and the resend included no extras so they keep making mistakes and we're the ones who have to adapt. Don't use this scam website. I sent them payment and the second time they claim they didn't get it. It was the same details and they say it didn't show. 100% it was there and you will get the same bs. And look at the review sites. If you can't leave a review they are fake

They dont want to work with trusted customers who ordered since 2015. I was in that business for years and now i need to search new websites to order herbal incense.
I was order from them since 2015. Now they dont sell herbal to my country. There is better sites like expresshighs.com coyote-fly.com and mysteriousplants.com
Im ordering from Flightams for years,from 2015 and i never had problems. On april 25th i did order Kraken but now all orders could only be paid with cryptocurrency. I did register on Coinbase,i verified my account and did all the steps,bought bitcoin for 705€ and sent to wallet that site did generate to me.
Now is april 29th and they wont answer me,no help they just ignore me,when you write them from another email then you get answer in 1 day.
I want to warn everyone that if you will send your money to them in crypto you will lost your money and they will ignore you.

Have ordered with this crowd for years without issue but delivery kept getting slower and now my last one of a few hundred pounds worth hasn't even been posted in over 3 weeks. No response to emails etc. Scammed
I was order since 2020 from Saudi Arabia they are good stuff and fast sending the shipments but now three months all the stuff fake I lose 2000 € and no one help from the customer service.
I have been a customer of Flight AMS since a couple of years and so far only had good experiences.
I have always been delivered my order, sometimes given a promo as gift. And now that it actually came up to need the customer service it was a very quick and friendly response while taking care of the problem.
So i´ll continue having good experiences shopping here seeing what comes up next!

A request was made for very small amounts, and when a large amount of 1,500 euros was transferred to their account, they are told me that they had not received the money, and no request could be sent، He's deceitful,And I was informed by my bank that they had received the amount

I love the product they sell but they just don't care about the customer service I have been promised extra bottles but then never received and website is constantly down and facing issues so can't place orders and they take ages to send out product don't get me wrong the product itself is brilliant but there customer service is terrible all they care about is getting your money then your on your own
I have been doing business with Flight AMS since last year around September or October. Their products have been on point. I am always satisfied and if ever they have a mishap and send some bad or wrong products they always fix the issue in a timely manner. Flight AMS is the best in this business I recommend them 100 percent. I have spent thousands with them and plan to spend thousands more on their wonderful relaxing products!

Just perfect. The stuff is very kind and always reply on time. The products are very good and safe. Im customer for over 3 years and i have no complaints at all. Sometime in the past, something wrong went with my order and the stuff helped me a lot and sent me something extra. Totally satisfied at all.
Hey all I already let a review some time ago but, i have to say that even now, through all that Covid restrictions, they STILL manage to deliver your order with no problems, and they get the product to you as quickly as possible every time.
