And let's be realistic here, I'm not saying it is the cheapest, nor the lowest interest, you are paying high interest but it is still better to pay off debt and still have the least amount of impact on your credit. If they can put up with all my questions and nonsense anxiety during the home buying process, they can put up with yours. I would recommend them to anyone. The loan processor was VERY thorough and made sure everything was in line before sending it to underwriting. She did such a great job, the only condition to my loan was that they had to wait for the appraisal to come back. Wonderful company and wonderful people.

With the instability of the economy during the pandemic we started relying on our credit cards.
