Th e entire team at Philippino Visa are amazing. Very patient and passionate people who will make you feel at home, in spite of being far away. Our experience as a couple has been beyond satisfactory. From start to where we are, their entire team has been fantastic. My point contact person Mr. Jay Gajjar has been very helpful and his guidance is unparallel.
Thank you so much to the entire team. I would highly recommend this organization to people having long distance relationships.

Very pleased with the services they provided for our K1 visa process, they are very friendly and courteous people. They are very knowledgeable about the requirements and process, i was super nervous about the whole process but they taught me everything I needed and made sure i had the documents needed. The fee is a bit higher than others but the other agencies had a lot of rejected clients at the interview, so if you want to ensure success I would recommend the professionals at Filipino Visa.

We have found the agency to be poor at communication, and following the rules the US government sets. We were delayed by an RFE that they should have caught, and I was told I should delay to add supplemental information that wasn't needed. I have been given conflicting information between my coordinator, and supervisors. This is a lot for the premium price.

Thank you Filipino Visa… You did a great job from start to finish with our visa. You took most of our stress and worries away by helping us and answering all our questions. Special thanks to Macky and Kate and the rest of the staff that helped us out with our visa. My fiancée was well taken care of when she was in Manila for her appointments. She was picked and dropped for all of her appointments. So a big thank you again. We couldn't of done with out you. I would recommend Filipino Visa to anyone getting there visa. God bless

Filipino Visa did a great job of informing us of all requirements and expertly processing our K-1 documentation. Their management of our application and continuous guidance enabled us to get our application approved without any problems.

It was a not so good experience in the beginning. The first agent who's working our papers made us wait for like almost 4 months since we submit our files and haven't received any updates from her until i got a call from another agent we found out she's no longer working in the company, plus the documents we sent to her i guess she misplaced it. TBH, it made me think they're scammers.
But the new agent who's working our account now proved that they're not scammers. He has been very kind, approachable, super friendly and responsible. Every day he emailed me, calls me and he didn't stop until he was sure that everything was okay and that our petition were sent to USCIS for initial filing. So yeah, so far so good thanks to all staff specially Mr Seej as well as the company. God bless everyone

The agent I've been working with has been very kind and sincere as far as I've been able to tell, however she has made several errors throughout helping us. I could tell that she was very young and partially inexperienced. We sent in multiple documents and followed every step that she asked for. However, despite us being 100% thorough, she had us repeat documents and resend documents because she was either unorganized, didn't know how to find it or messed something up. Thankfully with our own research we've been able to get through most of the visa process on our own without the agencies help. The thing that has helped us out the most from them is that they provided rides and a hotel to both her Medical Exam and Interview. Her interview went well, however her visa was delayed because our agent "thought" my wife didn't need a particular document that I had already got notarized and signed and went to waste, which was a letter explaining that I was living in the Philippines all of 2022 and that providing a 2022 tax return wasn't applicable. Others have passed their interviews with this particular type of letter for those that were in my same situation. It was never entered into the database nor presented at the interview, and we blame the agency for telling my wife not to bring it. Now because of this, the US embassy is asking that I have a financial sponsor, even though I already make way above poverty guidelines. Thankfully my parents are willing to be sponsors, but still... this has delayed us from being able to be together for several months when we could have been together a long time ago. My suggestion is to do your best to get through the process on your own, don't waste any money and you can even find great support groups through facebook etc who can help you out!

They are scammers that will screw up paperwork just so you have to keep paying to have them refile. We went to local attorney in Cebu and are using immigration services there for 1/3 the cost. Thousands of dollars and they did nothing but take our money. It's always someone different that contacts us, usually at 3am, from America. They will not give a refund. They just want to keep taking. Do not use this company!
