I ordered Factor for the first time. I did not receive a confirmation email or text or receipt of my purchase. Additionally, I have NO IDEA when my food will be arriving. I called customer service explaining all of thing and was basically told "OH WELL. WE DON'T/CAN'T PROVIDE ANY OF THAT INFORMATION". This can be a pricey service and I expected a simple confirmation emails and to be able to track when my meals will arrive. I canceled.

I thought Factor75 was awful because of the ongoing problems with FedEx late delivery and their laughable customer service that lies and makes promises they can't and won't keep. But it's more serious than that.

If you insist on buying their food, you MUST take a thermometer to every package of food. After receiving 3 shipments a day late (so food was spoiled), I had two that weren't late, felt cold to the touch but were dangerous to consumer.

They felt cold but if you stuck a thermometer in the packages, the temperature ranged from 44 degrees to 59 degrees - they themselves say throw them away if the food is warmer than 40 degrees. I best most people just pick it up, see that it feels cold to the touch and assume it's safe.

Leaving food out too long at room temperature can cause bacteria (such as Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella Enteritidis, Escherichia coli O157: H7, and Campylobacter) to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness.

So don't think their food is safe just because it arrived on time and "feels" cold.

Thought I was ordering meals. Instead you get a 2 divider server with soupy mix called a pot pie, no crust, and 4 pieces of a vegetable. That is it. Sorry not for me.
Will not reorder.
