HORRIBLE DELIVERY

Factor uses some garbage courier called AxelHire. They send out the box Tuesday night meaning if you're trying to do meal prep, you have to prep on your own for Monday/Tuesday. I gave them my business address for delivery and for 2 days AxelHire's driver claimed my building is inaccessible and didn't make the delivery for 2 days! Even though we receive FedEx, UPS, USPS, and food deliveries coming here routinely without any problem! You would think the driver would call or make some attempt to reach out, but no. He would just cancel the delivery for 2 days. Finally I just called Factor75 and cancelled this garbage service.

Factor75's best business practice is screwing over their customers. In order to look at what they offer you have to enter all your information. You enter your info, look through their menu, you pick a meal or 2 but then you need to come back to pick the rest of the meals at a later time, but you end up getting busy and cant get back to picking out your meals for a couple days. Without your knowledge that an order went through, you have been charged for meals that you didn't pick and by the time the 1st order arrives you have already been charged and your meals picked for you to be delivered next week. What the hell? The option to pause your deliveries is a total crock. After reading the reviews I'm not the only one that tried pausing deliveries but it didn't get paused. All their meals taste the same.The meals are a bit pricey. The add-ons are even more pricey. I liked their shots but you cant just order shots (vegetable drinks). I tried factor75 because of my hectic schedule. Omg factor75 only made life more hectic. Having to keep up with the subscription crap is ridiculous. I have no desire to add to my list of things to keep track of daily. The many coupons they send you is just an opportunity to suprise you with more charges. This company has very bad business practices. They are 100% shameless. Even worse, they can be very successful without tripping their customers. Best way to describe them, you walk in to see what they got, as soon as you walk in the door they trip you onto your face, you walk out, day or 2 later you realize they took your wallet when they tripped you. You ask for it back and they tell you "Sorry, its in the fine print" Auto enrollment. The CEO of this company is a scam artist. Use car salesman loser. I do not trust their food. Healthy meals, slim chance from a company that has no shame?

DO NOT RECOMMEND - SHADY

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Factor_ MEALS.

Had Groupon credit, so decided to try it out. Just received our first package - right off the bat it's missing 3 of the 8 meals ordered. I tried to chat with support - not working. Kept kicking me out and telling me to login. Called support and was on hold for an HOUR before being told that 2 of the 3 missing meals are impacted by a cauliflower recall - as well as one of the meals we DID receive. I was told to throw it away.

Okay, cool…so now literally half our order is missing/unusable. No explanation for the 3rd missing meal, just an offer to credit our account. I have no interest in wasting any more time or money with them, especially since 1. I don't think they would have bothered to tell me about this recall if I hadn't complained and 2. I would have to spend MORE money on a package in order to even use the credit offered. SOOO I cut my losses.

I ordered 12 meals, picked specific meals & with the promo was supposed to be $99. They not only charged me $154, they attempted to also charge me another $99 for the same week! I called and they canceled the $99 payment, but even though I was overcharged, they wouldn't do anything about the difference. Now to add insult to injury, I received my box today & NONE of the food is what I ordered! Completely ridiculous!

Scathing review ahead

I got my first box Tuesday. 4 days ago. I haven't even tried one of these meals. My son tried one while I was at work yesterday and said it was good. The rest of my family refuses to eat them. That's fine they will eat it eventually but in the meantime I was charged for next weeks delivery. On Thursday. 2 days after my first delivery. I called customer service because I have a freezer full of meals and no room for more can they please hold off a couple weeks? They got my almost $200 for 18 frozen meals I would hope they could stall shipping a couple weeks. No such luck so this box of food is going to probably rot on my porch or be eaten by my local homeless people and dogs. Never again. Maybe I'm petty but this inflexibility is too much for me. Good luck with this service they lure you in with 50% first time then charge you for the next one before you even get it in your freezer. Money grubbing. I searched for a receipt in my email or on the app or website literally least user friendly service ever I uploaded all I have to show I ever purchased this service for a time.

Buyer beware

I am considering making the Federal Trade Commission aware of this company's deceptive practices. Someone in a prior review has also raised this point - when you sign up for the promotion and provide credit card details intended to cover the shipping for the free trial, buried in the terms and conditions is permission for them to continue to ship product at full price. Their cancellation policy is also one sided with a long lead time required to cancel - approximately a week. The quality of their product aside, such business practices should not be condoned. Suffice to say, I have cancelled my account and will likely dispute the charges for items delivered/do be delivered that were never ordered.

Total Scam!

Give you a promo price for an order. You sign up and then they start sending stuff "by default" with no noticed. Called customer service and was told it is all in fine print in "Terms and Conditions" on the website (if you scroll down to the bottom of their website and find a small link for it...) Never again... Horrible experience.

Total fraud

This company is total fraud. I cancelled within seconds of noticing the website was auto-generating an order and have an email to prove it. Then noticed they charged my credit card $91.00 after the fact. Nine days later Factor sends an email saying my order is on the way. I called the company and their response was ridiculous, "Yes Sir, I'm so sorry to hear that. There's nothing we can do. We are subscription based and we auto generate an order if you don't choose the meals individually." WHAT? I should not have to call them multiple times to correct this nor should I need to waste my time with the fraud department of my credit card company.

WORST SERVICE EVER

WORST SERVICE EVER! Ordered our first box of 18 meals. Charged my card on 1/18 for delivery on 1/24/2023 by no later than 8:00 pm. That time came and went and when my husband called they said "sorry due to unforeseen issues your box has been delayed but it will be delivered tomorrow morning no later than 10:00 am." Today 1/25/2023 and at 12:00 pm it still had not arrived. I called and let them know that I wanted a full refund and they could do whatever they wanted with the food. Refused to give a refund because the box was already shipped. I expressed that I didn't want the food if it's been sitting in a box for 2 days God only knows where. He told me they still couldn't do anything because the food was designed to be ok in the box for 48 hours. Last time I checked 48 hours was 2 days...hmmm. Needless to say the food box arrived a short time later. I did take video proof of temps at time of delivery and everything in the box was at around 40.3 so they barely kept it out of danger zone or I would be taking this much further and taking action to get my money back! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

My account was reactived when I logged in and I was not aware. I did not receive an email until it was getting ready to ship. When I called customer service advised that it was too late to cancel. I also did not receive the discount for the reactivation as indicated in the email I received. For $74 I received 4 meals that were, at best, moderately healthy and mediocre in taste.

Scammers. Stay away.

Cancelled order multiple times and was assured refund was on the way. They processed and shipped the order anyway and then refused to issue the promised refund as it was "too late." This is their MO, I now know. There are so many reviews like this out there. Buyer beware!

Would not recommend

Cancelled after 7 weeks due to cost/quality. Saturated fat is so incredibly high in a large number of their meals...how could that be healthy? When I canceled, they said I was 1 hour past the cut-off time and they would not refund for my box due to ship next week (6 days out), but they would be happy to put a hold on the shipments for a while if I would like to think it over...WHAT?! How is it they can put a hold on future shipments but not cancel it a week out and refund my money that they supposedly processed just one hour before?

Deceptive Practices

I decided to try a trial food box from Factor 75, LLC, which was supposed to be risk free, pause or cancel anytime. I received my very first box late afternoon/early evening on 10/26/22. I decided I ordered way too many meals so that very same day I went to the Factor 75 website to pause the next box. Instead of pausing the next box, to be delivered 6/2/2022 they sent another 18 meals to my place of work, without my consent on a day I wasn't even working. The food requires refrigeration. I then messaged Factor 75 to inform them they mistakenly sent me a box that I requested paused. They informed me that I was too late to pause the box scheduled to arrive on 11/2/2022 and that indeed paused the box for 11/8/22. So, I confirmed with them that they do not allow a grace period to try the first "free/reduced introduction box, before a person has to cancel or pause the account for the following week's delivery". They admitted that they require a weeks notice, which if you wait to receive your introductory box, to try the products, you are already too late to cancel the account or pause the new shipment. This is not told to us, as a potential buyer, when they offer the free/promotional box at no risk. I feel I have been scammed. Not only did I receive a box that I didn't order, I didn't get to customize it and I wasn't even at work to refrigerate the product. Factor 75 offered no solutions and said "it was their policy".

Don't get ripped off

I click a few meals but got interrupted and before I even have a chance to input the discount code they sent me, I was already charged... No order, no confirmation. Nothing...
They charge me $19.99 for a meal saying I click premium...
Chat with an agent and all he/she can do is Sorry... can't cancel my order but she can input my discount code... told me I will get a refund, if you are promise a refund... don't hold your breath... you are not getting it... each Agent you chat with will say... Sorry!
Let see if my order arrive.?

Worst delivery ever!

The food isn't too bad if you ever get it. I tried Factor 75 2 different times. The last time I kept getting my meals days after they were scheduled and they warm and unsafe to eat. I was hoping they had fixed their delivery problems, but apparently they have not. My box scheduled to arrive on Tuesday finally arrived on Thursday night. I opened it and everything was jumbled around and very warm. I did a text chat for the third night this week with them. Useless. I'd rather cook.

I got this service a month ago and am still fighting to get a refund. This has been the worst experience. They are unprofessional and the prices they charge for the amount of food you get it awful. I truly feel this company is a scam since they do not want to give my money back it shouldn't be this hard to get a refund.

Until today I was a loyal customer of Factor75 receiving a weekly shipment of 12 meals. On 9/7/22 after receiving my order I went on Factor's website to pause my next order until 9/27 because I was heading out of town on 9/14 and wouldn't be returning until 9/25. To my surprise on 9/13 Factor sent my weekly supply of 12 meals despite the fact I had paused my orders until 9/27. Because I was heading out of town the next day and didn't have time to deal with it, I decided to just freeze the food shipment and eat it when I returned. On 9/20 I called Factor to ensure they were not going to ship another food order that day and sure enough despite cancelling the orders on 9/13 and 9/20 they told me another order had been shipped and was scheduled to arrive today. I let the customer service rep know that I had gone on the website and cancelled both the 9/13 and 9/20 orders. I told her I was out of town and asked that she have todays order rerouted or picked up by their delivery company. She asked their escalates service team if she could do anything and they told her to offer me a credit for a future delivery. I told her I was not interested in a credit because I had already paid for an erroneous order on the 13th and I was not willing to pay for another one of their mistakes. I wanted a full refund and to pause all future deliveries until I turned them back on. They refused to provide me with a refund so I told them to cancel my account and I would take it up with my credit card company. I'm writing this review because she let me know I was not the first person to call in with the exact same issue. My believe is Factor75 is aware of their website issue but instead of correcting it they simply issue credits to keep customers ordering their food and ignoring those that want to pause or cancel their subscriptions. Not only will I never use them again but I think it's important to get the word out about their deceptive and dishonest practices. Troy S 9/20/2022

I decided to try a delivery service, and found Factor 75 offered gluten free meals. Sadly, I had to provide ALL of my info before I could actually see what those options were. When I got to the ordering section, the options didn't suit my picky palate and I immediately canceled. 6 days later I receive notification from my bank that this company took money out of my account. I immediately called the customer service number and said nope - refund my money, if I need to return will do so gladly because I won't eat what they are offering. Not negating their food, just don't like their side options. Customer service says they can see I placed the order and canceled the order back to back on same day. Said there had been a glitch in their system. Contacted support. Support says no on the refund because the cut off for shipment was yesterday. I didn't place the order! Customer service told me to call my bank and do a stop payment. Can't do a stop payment on a debit card purchase. So now I have to see if I can get my money back through a fraud claim. Seriously, if you are a picky eater, do not order from this company! You don't get an option of choosing sides or meats. They send you the stuff as they group them.
