I made a purchase from Turkey through EyeZy.
The auto-renewal was not clearly explained during the checkout process, and my card was charged automatically without a clear warning.

Answer: Subscribed after saying report was ready. Scammed me on the upgrade, didn't click on anything buy auto billed me for add-ons. Once subscribed tried to get another $60 from me for subscription upgrade. Contacted the contact centre who just messed me around saying I needed to pay the extra $60 for them to access the device. I refused saying the report was already ready. Screwed me out of $180 and I recieved nothing. Blocked my credit-card to stop auto billing, contact person claimed they had stopped the auto billing, but I didn't trust them. Waste of time, total robbers
