The customer service is always poor, and there is a lack of understanding. You never receive what you pay for, and you never receive a proper rewrite or refund. I'm still awaiting a resolution for a paper that was written by essays Tiger that was completely plagiarized and received an F from the instructor, but Essaytiger kept my money.
