Dylan was very quick to reply, I just did not like the product. The first paper had multiple mistakes and was not grammatically correct. He was very nice and did retype the paper after I voiced my disappointment. After the second draft. I noticed the same information was repeated in multiple paragraphs. That made me not want to continue with the revisions and just pay the current charges.
