I think there was a miscommunication on the page count and the completion of the Literature review. There were no theories and therapy that were to be used in the essay. I send Sandra an attachment that it needed the theories that were in the outline, but she did not add them in the literature paper. I will need to rewrite the essay myself again. Thank you though.

I had to go back and forth with revising the work I needed. I clearly gave instructions and the rubric and the work would come back like it was not even looked at and confirmed on the work before sending it to me. This went back and forth several times. I ended up having to write the paper myself based on the correct instruction details and rubric. The lady was friendly, nice, and responded appropriately. I am still unsure of why it was so hard to get what I wanted our of this first time experience.
