Blue stuff..
Been using Blue stuff since the beginning of the product. Saw it on an Info commercial in the middle of the night. It has been a miracle for my knees and shoulders. My husband uses it when his Gout flares up. Our kids and grandkids use the product too for soar muscles or leg cramps. It's an amazing product!
