Best product ever to prevent or relieve leg cramps!
Super White Stuff is my "go to" product for topical pain relief, tighten muscles, and especially to stop cramps. I keep some at my bedside to stop leg cramps in the night. If I rub this on after a day of hiking (especially if I sweat a lot and may be dehydrated, I don't get leg cramps during the night. On nights when I haven't applied it preemptively, if I am awakened by cramps, applying this to my feet or legs immediately provides relief and I don't get anymore al night! This stuff is the best
