So under the FAQ: Is 'Why Choose Us?'
The reply: Our writers have been carefully screened as to their level of expertise, credibility and professionalism.
You can be sure that you are going to receive completed work that is well written, accurate, and grammatically correct and error free.
Uh, No! This is inaccurate & untrue! I still paid for the paper I ordered because I work in customer service and I don't believe in purchasing something, not liking it, & returning it. If something purchased is defective, I will return. But just because I'm dislike something I would not return the item.
I believe English was not the primary language of the writer that wrote my paper. The sentences simply were not grammatically correct. So EDUSSON you've screened for this expertise, eh?!? Also the paper was not accurate & WELL written. I've provided a one sentence sample: "Asweknowcustomers are impressed with betterproductionandservicedelivery.". I did not remove any space marks from that sentence. The whole paper was typed up & delivered this way. I think the writer does not know where the space bar key is while typing.
Also the 1st time the paper was delivered, it missed the mark (Entirely) on my simple & very clear English directions. So the writer edited the work. The re-edited 2nd attempt was about 80% closer per the instructions. But still not grammatically correct. And again 90% of the paper had not spaces between words.
Some would say give the writer a bad review. The writer was polite. And again I paid for the job dissatisfied. I'd leave no stars if I could. This one star review goes to www.edusson.com though. I'm not listing the writer because I wouldn't want just this one writer to be off edusson. I would love to see that Edusson fulfill their promise under the FAQ of why to choose them. And carefully screen their writers. Imagine that. Making a promise to it's customers, Implementing & Maintaining the business ethics to keep on that promise!

Every dissatisfied customer - is our absolute wine. We do understand this, since the only person who is right in a situation - is a client.
Of course I need to say sorry for this issue, Beth.
It is unpleasant to read that you've met such a problems with the order and the particular writer. Having a very strict policy, he was already fired and no longer working with us.
Of course this information is useless for you at this moment.
Despite this - I want to pay your attention that we are always happy to provide assistance in finding the correct and concrete writer based on your theme and wishes.
The "spaces" issue seems very strange for me since each of the paper is going through our checking and if such a problem would be - we'd definitely fix this. Anyway - we apologize for this.
And one more, but very important thing. We do not want our customers spend even a dollar or cent for something they are not satisfied with. It's simply unfair and is not correct. That is why we asking to release the needed amount only after the full revision of a paper.
