I am extremely disappointed with Eden Snow Removal. My problems with this company started when they came to clean, and since the driveway was already clean, they decided to go into my backyard and clean there. They then sent me a picture of the work done, even though I never requested them to clean my backyard. They did not have authorization to enter my backyard, and I was never informed that they would be doing so.
I requested the termination of my services on February 6,2025, yet they have continued to charge me for services. Despite multiple requests for cancellation, I've been charged on February 8, 12, 13, 14 and 17. The total amount charged was $678.02.
It's incredibly frustrating that I've made multiple attempts via emails to contact the company and resolve this, but I've received no response.
I never wanted to take further action, but if this issue isn't resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card provider and lodge complaints with the Ontario Consumer Protection Office and Better Business Bureau.
This has been a terrible experience, and I strongly advise others to reconsider using this service.
