I made a purchase I early January 2020 and the order arrived in late march, and was NOT anywhere close to items ordered. I contacted the company showing the same logo, but they claim that I have never placed an order with them, and wished me luck and also reminded me that many companies use the same name, but logo too? Really, I could be wrong, but I doubt it. $70 out the window, ouch!
I ordered on dec. 7th did not receive product until january 14th. When the product finally arrived it was not even close to what i ordered. Then when i asked for a refund they offered me $10usd, what i paid was $100usd. When i told them that that was unacceptable they then offered $ 14usd. Icannot believe that they can continue to stay in business. I urge everyone to avoid this website unless you have money to throw away. Beyond frustrating!
Everything I order was dispatched individually. Each item received does not at all match to the item ordered (see pictures in attachement). When you write to the customer service and send the photos you get generic emails telling you to please explain what the problem is - when it is obvious! You can see the screen shot of the order with the tracking number, then the parcel received with the same tracking number and a completely different dress. I ordered a gold embroidery dress, got a black dress with gold buttons, ordered a silver gown, got a rainbow t-shirt instead... and it goes on... Unreliable and fraud.
We have brought a product 8 weeks ago and still have no info and the service links do not work and it won't let us have a refund.

I ordered this skirt a while back and by the time it had arrived I was not able to dispute it. I ordered a long black skirt but it is made backwards and is so long it would cover by entire body. It's 48" long! Nobody is that tall! Most of the other reviews are clearly fake as the spelling is awful and the way that are written makes it obvious

I ordered this dress (custom sizing, in some shops I'm a size 10 in others a 12), for the cost of a little extra I was not disappointed. It fits perfectly. This fury woolen over coat looks amazing, Just my opinion though. I love how simple this is but still has the style. This can really work with me. I also love the price they are giving. I should buy this one..

All purchased clothes is the same as on pics. DressV has low prices, but a huge range of dresses and really good quality. Shipping for Russia was also fast. I`m satisfied and want to make new purchase soon!
So everyone wonders why there cheap infact they stole many U. S designer dresses. My prom dress from sherry hill was on the site and Its really bad quality. Also all the people reviewing this website are either new or review the other asian websites like tide buy since there owned together

It was my first experience to buy online i was so scared but i toke a chance and now i can say i'm a happy customer the dress look exactly as the picture and the fabric is good quality and i'm about to order an order one.
I am completely satisfied with this site. So many beautiful products, very great and fast purchase and I would recommend it to everybody! Just note that, if you need it urgently, you had better choose DHL, it is a long distance. The first time I ordered, I thought it is in USA, but it is in China, beautiful Country~
It is amazing that the quality was not compromised by its low price. It was timely shipped to me. The payment procedure is secured. Since it was my first order, the customer care was very helpful and friendly. I started from them to get the procedure of how to place an order.
