This company should be prosecuted for cheating people with shabby products, gross pricing and falsely claiming they will accept returns. There is no recourse, and no way to file complaints.
Sizing is not true, no free return or exchanges, told me if I keep the dress that does not fit me they'd "give me $3.00" then suggested I could "give it to a friend or family member" or "sell online for good profit". I want my money back! Save yourself time and money and buy from a reputable company who has clear and customer friendly service. This company DOES NOT!
This is a scam. These clothes are from China and they do not fit as their sizes are not US sizes. Good luck returning items. Shipping charges costs more than the item you are returning. DO NOT ORDER from this site.

I bought several dresses, not knowing that the product comes from China. None of the dresses fit. I could not figure out how to return the items. I did find out where to return them, I was instructed to return them to China. UPS wanted two hundred dollars for the return.

It's a scam! It comes from China, the sizes are not the same as in the USA. It's very poor in quality and the dresses are not the same as advertised! Do not trust this y! Horrible, I lost 345.00
I ordered 2 dresses, which arrived after about 6 weeks. The quality was poor and I wanted to return both of them. There was no return information included in the package. I contacted the service person on line and was told that it takes a very long time to return anything, return shipping is very expensive and chances were that it could get lost in the mail. The agent recommended that I give the dresses to a friend or sell them on line. She offered me $15 in compensation (dresses cost about $150). DressSure is a SCAM. Don't make the same mistake I made. DON'T BUY from DressSure.
Omg this dress with a petticoat was so pretty. The fit was perfect. I looked like a southern charm.
It is impossible to accurately describe how much I love this dress.
