Night-time support could be better. Responses are slow late at night. I contacted them around 1 a.m. and only got a reply closer to 3 a.m. At that moment, I also struggled to figure out how to withdraw my funds, and faster support would have helped

What I don't like about Dotbig is the amount of time spent on verification. I understand why it exists and that it's related to security, but the process feels longer than necessary and a bit repetitive. Sometimes it slows down the start of work and can be irritating
