It is a struggle to get my 12 year old to read. He loves The Week Junior so much he literally runs down the driveway looking for it. It is a great way for our family to stay up to date on current events and discuss them together. As a homeschooling family we find The Week Junior a great resource.
This is a gift for my grandson. His mother says he really enjoys reading it and looks forward to each new issue. He likes the fact that he learns a lot of information on a lot of different topics.
My 8-year-old granddaughter absolutely loves "The Week Junior." And I like that it broadens her horizons in an interesting and age-appropriate way.
It's not for me. I live on Van Ness St., NW. DC. My grandchildren, Jimmy, Kaylen and Ellie Keys live at 5620 2nd St. S Arlington, VA 08210. Thje magazine is for them.
I was a little skeptical about this because I read some reviews on FB that they never received their subscription. I have received weekly subscriptions as promised. I have 3 kids that can read well and 2 of them thoroughly enjoys it. It's a win in my book. Thank you for providing none screen reading materials
I am impressed with the high quality of this publication. My 9 year old loves reading it and looks forward to receiving it in the mail each week.
There re really cool facts in it and I enjoy getting it every week. (Age 10)
I like to learn
I have purchased it for my nephew since he was 8. He looks forward to reading each issue from front to back. The variety of articles and topics encourage him to read extensively.
The kids love it
Grandkids 24/7 on electronic media. This mag weened them off it a bit.
This is the second year our granddaughter asked for her subscription to be renewed to The Week Junior as her big Christmas gift. The whole family benefits, as she will read aloud her favorite pieces. The pricey subscription is worth the money.
Great reading for 10 yr old
All of my grands from 13-8 years, look forward to receiving this magazine! And, they actually enjoy reading it instead of being on the 'screens.'
Grandkids love it and take it on the bus to read on their way to school. Keeps them up to date and aware of what is happening around them.
Packed with fun info, my kid reads it cover-to-cover each week.
My grandkids love this magazine...even the older ones. It keeps them off their screens! They are actually reading it and possibly learning something. There's something interesting for one eight year old, an eleven year old, a ten year old, two twelve year olds and two fourteen year olds. A perfect gift from Granny!
Kids seem to like it.
Great magazine! My 11 year old has been reading it weekly for a couple of years and loves it!
I started this subscription for my 2 Granddaughters 2 years ago. They love the magazine and so of course, I have renewed it for a 3rd year! Additionally, I have learned that Discount Mags consistantly offers the lowest price for The Week Junior Magazine, and their customer service is top notch.
