All about an era I never was able to experience

The Good Ol Days
This magazine showcases railroading in it's heydays. Mostly pre Amtrak days but it does touch once in awhile on the early Amtrak years. Highly recommend.

Best mag price I found
I am kind of unhappy with the publishing company who prints the magazine I subscribe to, but I do like the magazine. 3 different solicitations have 3 different renewal prices and if you try to sign up as a new customer, the price flips to a higher price at checkout. But I can play ball with them by renewing thru a different company. Which I did. Very happy with subscription. We'll see how it goes with DiscountMags at renewal time. Otherwise I can always move on again!
My Grandson Loves It!
My grandson is 4 years old and a huge lover of trains. He can't read yet but he loves looking at the photos and hearing the stories read by parents and grandparents. He is excited to get his own magazine in the mail and would love a weekly issue

The one and only like it. With the ever-changing of today's world Trains has continued to change with it. From December 1940 to the current issue. Those that love any aspect of railroads/railways will always be pleased with it.
