Best mag for science info
Each issue covers much of what's going on in science. You name it, it's in there and it's presented in a manner that is easily understood and explained.

Probably the best of the casual science journals. I've been subscribing for decades. I don't read it to become smart, I read it to find out how much I, and we, have yet to learn.

My son loves this
My son thoroughly enjoys reading Scientific American, so much so that he asked me to resubscribe to it way before the subscription ends, so he won't miss an issue. I did so today and he is extremely thankful and happy. He says he finds all issues fascinating and informative. That's all I need to hear to keep MYSELF happy!

Great articles - learned a lot about the pandemic - but also kept other topics of interest in each magazine for additonal enjoyment.
Terrible, it is political
The science is good, but the political views do not belong in this magazine. This used to be one of the best science magazines, now it's opinion pieces.
Scientific American--no home should be without this journal
I've been a subscriber since 1974. Sci Am has been putting out concise, noteworthy articles since 1845! Now that's something to take notice of. Absolutely the very best in-depth science journal for the lay reader in existence.
Good magazine.
Good focus on science. Articles often written by the researchers themselves. Written not for the specialist, but for the interested layman.
