For Christmas last year, I ordered a subscription for my brother in law. He says it was a great gift and that he can't wait for each issue.

Scientific, insightful, to the point--it's my reading material every evening. Always meaningful, proven scientific resources. Just wish the magazine was larger!
Science News - the best money you ever spent
A timely publication with "real science" that provide perspective on all areas of science. A reliable source for digging deeper into certain areas than the short notes in the newspapers. I would recommend it for lawyers, etc... that is if you want facts which will allow you to use it as a tool for further inquiry.

I would repeat subscribing to this Magazine...
This journal is filled with the latest and current news and information in a very readable, easily understood manner. It is a perfect way of keeping up on what is happening in this rapidly changing world. It is expensive and bimonthly so that is a discouraging factor when it comes to purchasing it. I personally believe if if were a more affordable magazine the readership would be much greater and the magazine would make more in the end.
SN is easy and an up to date quick read!
Using color washes for some articles make the print hard to read, especially if the size of the print is small.
