Never received! I am so disappointed! My grandson would love it but never received a single edition!

Opens the world to little kids!
Introduces the concepts of opposites (ex. Far/near, big/little) through interesting animals and people. There is great photography. The kids often make up their own stories about what they see in the pages. They also ask questions about what they see and are fully engaged while we are reading it! Can't recommend enough!
Appropriate for 4+
I bought this for my just-turning-4 grandchild. She has only received one issue but based on her experience, her parent says she can't do the interactive parts without parental assistance and she would do better with more pictures/graphics

My four-year-old grandson loves animals, especially reptiles, and he loves this magazine and the animal cards inside!
Disappointed
The price was great but the magazine was a disappointment! I expected much more from National Geographic. My grandson much prefers Ranger Rick magazine

We read this together and talk about each page. The illustration is perfect and keeps is attention. There is so much to learn and talk about together. He also like to look at it on his own. He is especially excited that it comes in the mail addressed to him. I would highly recommend.
